Qualifications

Commercial retailers and educational booksellers are eligable for special discounts. In order to qualify, you must:

• Be a bonafide commercial retailer or educational bookseller. If you have never ordered from us before, we will confirm your status prior to shipping.
• Review our Terms and Policies further down this page.
• Use the appropriate Retail Order Form or Education Order Form when placing your order, so that the correct volume discounts are applied.

Shipping and Handling

• U.S. Orders: $8.00 for the first book, $3.00 for each additional book
• Canadian orders: $10.00 for the first book, $4.00 for each additional book
• International orders: $20.00 for the first book, $7.50 for each additional book

Terms and Conditions Effective May 1, 2006

• Payment Due In Thirty (30) days
• Returns for Credit Limited To 20% of Any Order
• Return Authorization Required In Advance
• Authorized Returns Accepted Within 45 Days
• Invoices must be paid in full before returns will be processed
• No Shop-worn, Damaged, or Stickered Books
• Shipments Sent by UPS Ground
